Optimists Without Borders USA
Aims to be the US face of OWB International, and its connection to the ECOSOC at UN.
The purpose of OWB USA is to help bring a change in the mentality of the inhabitants of the United States of America, encouraging optimism and enthusiasm, good humor and positive thinking, greater daring and a spirit of enterprise, tolerance and understanding between individual citizens, ethnic, religious, and linguistic communities.
Anybody, whatever their background, nationality, place of residence, religious and philosophical convictions, gender, race, language, disability or past, can be a member, as long as they adhere to the spirit of the association. The association is not a political or religious forum and abstains from any debate of that nature.
