Optimists Without Borders USA, Inc. (OWB USA) is the local US branch / daughter association (though autonomous) of “Optimists without Borders International”.
Didier PERILLEUX is an elected Board Member of OWB International. He created Optimists Without Borders USA, Inc., as a daughter association and non-for-profit corporation in New York in 2015. The Board of Directors wants to focus particularly on the three following topics:
Optimism and business: We want to make an impact in organizations and with their employees using a growth mindset to increase success and performance.
Optimism and Health: We want to help individuals improve mental and physical health through validated positive behavioral approaches and resources.
Optimism and Sport: We want to develop and provide motivational tools to club and sport associations for enhancement of and the resilience to maintain performance.
Optimists Without Borders USA, Inc. has been created as a non-for profit corporation, based in New York, dated June 24th, 2015.
OWB USA, Inc. is a public charity under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (c) (3). Donors can deduct contributions made under IRC section 170.
